Pros
- good talent and amazing colleagues - 30+ days of vacation
Cons
- Management doesn’t know what they’re doing because there simply is no vision for the company. Every 2-4 months they pivot into something else. - This is not a SaaS company anymore. They’re moving from marketplace model to just a container seller (no USP, just one more seller in a sea of others. This is not a secret - it’s in their website). Therefore, any sales job is just cold calling to sell containers — no complex sales cycle. - if you like micromanagement, this is the place for you! - experiences vary according to the team you’re in: go to market have all the pressure and accountability of the whole company but the least appreciation and acknowledgement. - management keeps nagging everyone for client feedback but when the feedback is negative it’s either dismissed, ignored or taken personally (and ultimately not dealt with). This creates a culture of “we know what’s best for our clients” and “if you agree with the clients you’re siding with them”. - in the last 1.5 y all performance reviews were top-down. Many people never got the change to evaluate management.. - forget about salary increases and promotions - there is no career path in this company - every 8 months/1 year be prepared for some kind of layoff - no exit interview (shows they don’t care about why talent is leaving) - it’s expected of you to work over hours with no salary increase
