Its truly unfortunate to read a review like this from a former employee. The work we do at Enable is built on the care and compassion we have for the consumers we serve and the work we do to ensure we make a difference in their lives. Its not just a pay check, its about inspiring care and new possibilities everyday. The consumers become our family and the staff we hire when they are the right fit for the positions take pride in doing his/her very best to change lives regardless of the pay, our team put the consumers first when they come to work each day and that is TRULY what it is all about when you take a position at Enable and choose a career in Human Services. Enable is built on Cultural Diversity regardless of who you are and the entire leadership team particularly the CEO recognizes everyday the hard work, dedication, diligence and compassion of the entire team and therefore continues to reward staff members in a number of ways. At Enable there are always employee recognitions, on-going celebrations, monetary incentives to include annual increases and most of all TONS of support in every department to ensure staff have the necessary tools to be successful in their roles with the agency.
