      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn experience in bureaucracy. Opportunity to play smart and responsible, and how to throw the blame.

      Cons

      Non-integrity, Irresponsible micromanagement. No opportunity to personal development. Old system, devices and senior aged persons. Technicians rely on engineers too much about every single small operation issue. Long time working, sometimes over 10 hours. Seriously need attorney with you, because the manager will really ask you to sue him if you want.
