    Pros

Get a regular salary. Parking spaces if in early enough. Not bad links to motorway.

    Cons

Bully management who tell awful lies about staff to cover their own back. Non supportive senior team who turn a blind eye to bad treatment of staff. New HR staff every month which is telling. Steer clear you will regret accepting a job here.

    Advice to Management

Look at your senior leaders they are bullies and allow this to happen in your business

    Pros

    Don't think there are any

    Cons

Training is poor, if on agency expect to go from 5 shifts 1 week and then thrown down to 1 shift the next, supervisors and management are very rude and judgmental, wouldn't reccomend to worded enemy.
Health and safety is poor aswell

    Advice to Management

    Be nice, train people correctly

    Pros

    None at all. End of.

    Cons

The place is a joke. Full of bullies and touts. The batman and robin duo running the place are clueless.
If you're related to management you'll be fine otherwise you're doomed unless you go down the tout route.
Depressing place to work, you'll end up wishing your life away.

    Advice to Management

    What's the point?????
Management are happy the way things are.

I have been working at Encirc full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Generally Team Spirit on Shift.

    Cons

"Us & Them" mentality from management. Generally senior management consider only a handful of office based employees in decision making. Any education or training gets rolled out for office staff first then workers last. Office staff and day crew get priority over Shift workers.

    Advice to Management

Include Shift workers in roll out of new initiatives as a priority, not last in line. Interact with workers more to improve morale and get ideas on how to improve productivity. Use bonuses as incentive, not using them as a way to withold or lower pay for your lowest paid workers. Be open with advancement opportunities and prioritise internal advancement. Too many jobs posted for applications after the candidate has already been given the job, i.e. "Jobs for the boys". In other words be open and inclusive.

    Pros

The only pro to this dreadful company was lunch time I ate my sandwiches whilst watching wildlife like rabbits and birds of prey to take my mind off the company that was anti influential to invest in appropriately suited people to tackle ongoing issues like poor uneducated management

    Cons

The bonus scheme was run by poorly none compassionate greedy bosses who rewarded or doctored documents to justify their bonuses. However the hot end, cold end, palletisers, folk lift truck drivers, resort staff etc etc were left with the crumbs on the floor despite working their fingers to the bone. Management were awful in respect that they had no experience other than verbal in appropriately used foul language to try and bully you into their way or the high way attitude. I was a former employee who had the opportunity to go into management or maintenance based on previous experience however it's one company that has this awful attitude that the positions are already in the bag with their pals even if you outweigh them with experience. It also helps if your Irish as the top earners were like a bunch of gypsies leprechauns. Basically if your cv is full of achievement they are not interested. The moral in the place is none existent and the targets they set is basically defying the laws of physics as your doing a two man job. I challenged my role constantly which was met with sheer ignorance or conflict until I said please demonstrate to me which of course comments were returned with aggressive behaviour and foul language. Most staff in there have no education and the place is a death trap with accidents happening every week.

    Advice to Management

Sack all the Irish and none experienced staff and employee independent none influenced external management who come with experience
