      - "Autonomy", as they are not always present when you are working - Training was thorough

      Cons

      - Very disorganized - Unrealistic target goals - Worked with a very diverse group of co-workers with very different work ethics - Paired with unlike-minded people - Menial pay expecting a lot of effort - compensation was a JOKE and you did not earn close to what they suggested you would be - Worked on introducing a new product where many tactics did not work, long periods of unemployment to work out "kinks" and very high turnover
