In the last 3 years the company went down the hill . Very negative environment and employees not motivated at all. Not good life/balance either. No decent training. Management expects you work extra hours although there is not money for decent bonuses and no career progression. Bear in mind that average salary is quite below the market because of the healthy bonus (if there is any). The company might go through a very tough future.

Back office culture is very political as many believe that preferential treatment is given to ex-BTG employees from Brazil: promotions, career path, transfers etc., all which are rarely available to international employees. Redundancy is a real risk as the company is downsizing and closing businesses.
