Good products but worst management team
Cons
Management team thinks they are the only one's who know the market trend, which they enventually change during next meeting, its all about "do as what i say, not as what i do" , every year redundencies happen, every year management team says we are in best shape now , reality is everyone is over loaded, there are more directors than R & D department, mind you its a R & D company :-)
