      Great company but too much process

      Pros

      - Really great company and friendly environment - familial company close to employee and try their best for your progression

      Cons

      - Low salary - Low progression - Japanese company with a LOT of process (managers level only have very basic level of approval and most of the approval are going to the CEO) - No training - Staff is not trained on their specific subject and managers do not have the background they should to manage the team

      Have a chance to experience Japanese culture for a short period of time.

      An outside the box thinker is not welcome in this company. The company will need a lot to become a global company.
