Pros

The benefits are not bad.

Cons

"All non family (or family friends) are under paid and over exploited, you can be a dedicated employee that does high quality work and never move up in the company. Due to the poor management Enprotech Industrial Technologies provides, the hard working employees will never receive the benefits of their work or skill in the trade. Enprotech Industrial Technology makes a mockery out of the skill trades employees that they have and often will hire a family member for a lead/management position rather than a qualified applicant. The unqualified manager that will be handling jobs directly affects the skill trades workers' ability to do their job. Enprotech Industrial Technologies has no regard for putting their employees in a lose-lose situation or not preparing the equipment, paperwork, or even properly equipped employees to do a job, but expects to get the job done in a way their warranty won't fall in place so they can profit off the job. Enprotech Industrial Technologies has more than just disgruntled employees, they also have an extensively long list of unsatisfied customers."

Pros

Insurance starts immediately. Presumably because the place is a death trap. Due to the 60 hour work weeks, the money is alright.

Cons

12 hour days, 5 days a week. Sometimes a 6 hour day on Saturday as well. Horribly unclean work environment, absolutely filthy. Even for a shop, its inexcusable. Their archaic machines hardly work at all, and when they do they malfunction constantly. Oh, power outlets for the welders? No. Absolutely not. You're going to have to push the BARE LEADS into an ancient fuse box with a screwdriver. Absolutely no fall-protection equipment. No hard hats. If you aren't Polish or "in with the good ol' boys", good luck getting anywhere. And don't expect a raise. Oh, and its a non union shop (and they will not hesitate to let you know). Just because you are hired in as a welder or machinist with years of experience doesn't mean that they won't have you degreasing vats of crane assemblies, sand blasting, painting, or any other labor that they can come up with if they don't like you. This place is the very epitome of a sweat shop.
