Pros

Competitive pay and random bonuses. Free lunches Iron pigs games a couple times a year Get to leave early on days before holidays

Cons

Very high pressure and stressful work environment. No work from home opportunity. Good luck getting insurance from them. Only get 5 vacation days that starts after you been there a year. There is no personal work space as everyone sits in one big room or in hallways. Management is only sales oriented. No room to grow as management is only family members. Management will force you to quit as they will never fire you. If you do stick it out, they will ask you to go home and call them back in a week. They do not care about the quality of work, instead they just want to see how fast you can get your work done. Anyone with talent ends up leaving or being pushed out. If you call in sick you better bring a doctors note or they will think you are trying to find another job. Each day of work is repetitive, no new challenges. If you have no work experience and can't get a job anywhere else, then this place is a good stepping stone for you. Be warned, this place will give you nightmares.

Pros

Company provided food once a week

Cons

Although many many reviews were removed from this website, I wish I visited here before accepting a position with these people. Fact is, this company has a small circle of well-treated employees, and those are the few who have been in the company a while. The rest are ridiculed (behind their back, of course), and unappreciated. The interview/hiring process is not in depth. After a whopping five minute interview, I watched as they plucked an employee from his work station and removed him from the company. They did the same to me three months later.

Pros

They bought everyone pizza once a week

Cons

The owner Margo is insane. She will yell at you and ridicule you. The employees are like a clique so when you're new they will try to push you out and make you feel like an idiot. One time they embarrassed me in front of all the workers just because I made a mistake they literally asked everyone in the office about it...they are also ALL OVER THE PLACE.. they say one thing, but they do something completely different! Every day I went to work they would change my duties so it was very aggravating for me to learn the position when they would make me do something different every day. they gave me a promotion & a raise then immediately after, started CUTTING MY HOURS, then gave me off for a week n said call back for your hours?!?!?!? I then found another job n did not call back. Clearly they don't have the decency to fire people. Like wow, grow a pair.

Greetings, Yes, we do have to agree with you Margo is Insane...... Insanely Awesome! As an owner of a small family run company for over 20 years, we find it necessary for our team to work together and efficiently. It's the first we've heard that anyone was unhappy with the team, I will have to talk to them about that, unfortunately I'm not sure who you are. We are sorry you had a horrible experience, we are glad you found another job and will stop waiting for you to call back, we have been saving your desk, now we know it's free to use. We are also happy you enjoyed the pizza and we wish you nothing but the best. We aren't sure what we are supposed to grow a pair of.... but we will look into it. By reading your review we see that you are also trying to master basic decency and respect so hopefully we will see each other in the future and show off our new skills. Sincerely, The Management Team at Enter.Net
