      Pros

      They pay punctual and before pandemia the employees used to have free food and fridays with music and beers

      Cons

      Comisions are not hight , you only get extra if you reach more than one criteria every month and engagement depends on number of leads and quality of leads they are a provider and depends On brands to get good leads or not Some Narcissist team leaders without knowledge of management only in scripts for sales , doesn’t accept too much feedback

      Thank you for your feedback. We do acknowledge that due to COVID-19 we had to halt some employee benefits such as daily breakfast and lunch, and beer Fridays. We're constantly coming up with alternatives such as delivering fruit and vegetable boxes, and other gifts as we want to show our appreciation to our employees and we want our people to stay healthy and safe.       The company culture is one of the best things about working here – everyone is friendly, supportive, and dedicated to their work. The leadership team genuinely cares about their employees and takes a hands-on approach to managing the business. One of the things I appreciate most about working at Enteractive is the career growth opportunities. The company invests heavily in its employees and offers plenty of opportunities for training and development. I have had the chance to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and grow my career with the company. The employee benefits and perks are also top-notch, especially the daily breakfast and lunch, the well-being allowance, and company events.

      While there may be areas for improvement, the company is always looking for ways to improve and listen to employee feedback.
