You have to find people who will advocate for you due to a lack of experience among managers in developing their directs. Layoffs has inevitably impacted culture in not a positive way.

If you enjoy a challenge, this is a good place to work. Constant learning and training of new skills plus learning updates of products. Those who work here are some of the best that I have worked with. Never a dull moment

Cons

Recent layoffs are a concern. Those who were strong employees were part of the layoff. They should not of been on the chopping block. Sometimes work/life balance is off.
