I have been working at Enzen full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I joined Enzen because I wanted to work for a global company that was committed to tackling 21st century challenges like water scarcity, climate change and the rise of AI. Enzen hasn't disappointed - there's a genuine passion here for collaborating on new solutions that benefit the common good. With offices opening around the world and the company growing rapidly, it's a really exciting time to be part of the Enzen... family. The offices are smart and accessible, the people are friendly and you even get a free lunch every day!

    Cons

When a company grows so quickly like Enzen, it inevitably experiences growing pains as everyone adapts to almost continual change. It's challenging at times so you need to be flexible, open-minded and learn to roll with it.

    Advice to Management

Keep going! Enzen has the potential to be hugely influential organisation in the energy and water industry. Embedding our vision and values throughout the business will inspire other companies in our sector.

I worked at Enzen full-time for more than a year

    Pros

New leadership is direct and honest. Chance is given to new people junior and senior to show their potential.

    Cons

Old timers are completely dishonest and arrogant . treat people worse than cattle. Money is spent on posh offices full of people with no substance.

    Advice to Management

Clients and investors do not get fooled by your posh offices and your lies. They go by what your employees and ex employees talk about you as individuals

I have been working at Enzen full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Enzen is moving with the times and transforming energy utility, smart cities, smart transport, and the climate agenda. They are focused on developing solid engineering practices and developing staff and service lives to achieve multi-vectoral energy and resource management solutions. In my time Ive seen significant new technological ideas from the top to delivery in digital twinning, immersive systems , IoT to... Artificial Intelligence and blockchain, cybersecurity solutions. This includes Enzen participating and help lead industry, academia and regulatory engagement to achieve sustainable and change.

    Cons

This change will inevitably exclude some not able to contribute to this important vision and journey. The development of the culture and talent across the company is continually evolving towards these aims.

    Advice to Management

Keep going! great time to join and learn from this journey

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Enzen full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Unique and innovate approach to energy and water industries - Diversity of experience - No shortage of challenges and learning opportunities

    Cons

    - Sometimes recruit from outside where a chance could have been given to internal candidates

    Advice to Management

Enzen is a great place to learn and grow. One of the most innovative and unique approaches to solve energy and water sector problems by applying technology and business insights. Play to your strengths. More awareness should be created on roles and challenges available. Jobs and opportunities should be advertised internally before recruiting from outside. More rotation for employees who have been in the same role... for a long time

    I worked at Enzen full-time

    Pros

New leadership is good. Honest and direct people.

    Cons

Founding leaders are too much after profiling. Have lost touch with the business. . Group CEO makes false statements about progress in exotic countries all the time and speaks randomly at staff meetings. He should step back and let other more sensible leaders speak. Staff meetings are a joke and I am sure client meetings will be the same.

    Advice to Management

Change your CFO and bring in someone who knows the business. He is an ex-auditor with very little skills and probably here only for being a yes-man.

    I worked at Enzen full-time

    Pros

Good company as a entry level to learn at a fast pace IT enabled business change and IT services

    Cons

Not enough promotion or development opportunity No investment on skill development or variety of work

    Advice to Management

Invest in capability development not just hiring Sales/Account director. It important to have people who deliver the work not just the people who can get work.

I worked at Enzen full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Focus on Energy and Utilities sector

    Cons

EGO is the biggest problem; They are not open to change; all decisions including trivial are taken by the Chairman in INDIA, people in all other leadership roles and titles lack self-respect and blindly follows orders given to them from INDIA although they know that they are not correct; self centred organisation where employees are encouraged to focus on knowledge alone while the whole of leadership team is... focussed only on making money for themselves; dishonest, unethical and style policies; No respect for anyone at all; Fudged accounts; lacks ethics and treats people cruelly when they resign filing wrong legal cases against them out to satisfy their ego; End is not far as there are enough and more sins already committed against people and they will surely bite them back

    Advice to Management

SADLY NONE AS THEY HAVE SHOWN NO INCLINATION TO CHANGE. In their roles, HR will have to write back to counter the points, but they know in their hearts that the above mentioned points are indeed true

I have been working at Enzen full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

A good platform and plenty of opportunities to build your career -

    Cons

Need to be open to embrace the platform as it does comes with the constraints of developing process and support systems in place - other way to look at is to be part of it to make it better...
