Pros

Good people who you can learn from who are ready to help each other. Bonus scheme in place as an incentive to promote working longer.

Cons

Poor pay, overworked and you get stuck in the same role without advancement. Management can hamper progress through unnecessary red tape due to the lack of knowledge of the industry at a daily level not just business level. Not allowed to have a personal life; will get questioned on not being available 24/7 rather than manage client expectations.

Pros

Worked with some really clever dedicated people, unfortunately they were very rarely listened to!

Cons

The global demographic is top heavy, each cheif having their own personal agenda at the detriment of the staff who actually care!

Avoid them if you are in London

Pros

Best reason to work for them is to see how bad it can be at some companies when you are doing project work

Cons

They make you put your phone away in a locker. Result is that less work gets done as people congregate in the kitchen to use their phones. Forget about invoicing through an ltd as they only allow PAYE.
