Cons

Management were awful. No empathy, take credit for the little people's hard work, no HR so no one to report issues to. No career progression opps. Very male influenced.

Bonus scheme, good colleagues, great team spirit in certain teams (no thanks to management)

Cons

No progression opportunities unless your a man, really poor management, management take all of the credit and don't give any positive credit to their teams.
