Equipped's business is at the center of both the enormous and rapidly growing alternative investment space and pervasive digital transformation initiatives. The team was formed from within multi-billion pound investor AnaCap and developed deep skillsets within data management, analysis, modelling as well as software engineering. Very smart, hard-working people who enjoy what they do. Solid team chemistry.

Cons

It's hard work and not many places to hide.

Company is new. Growing. Small group of people so enjoy in close working.

- Company has only big dreams. They talk big big words. - Bad leaders & managers. Put too much pressure on employees. - Not satisfied with working hours lately. You log in by 10 and if log off before 11, they become unhappy. - Do not join if you have other offers.
