      Highly challenging..Not recommend for a sale role

      A new set up,which will help you to understand banking from the route. Operation role one can go and enjoy

      Cons

      Management is having no work ethics, it's not employee oriented...Hire and fire if not performing .. Branch manager role is pathetic .. Abusive language and shouting all the time...it's like you never know when will be your last day... Not recommended for a long time Carrer goal..
