Pros

American made products in Texas

Cons

Small company with no true training program. The HR department consists of one or two people and there is no confidentiality when discussing issues. No training on how to pick up very heavy chairs. Ergonomic organization....very ironic!

Pros

Work from home...great group of field reps.

Cons

If you like lifting 100lb chairs in and out of a run down company van and carting them in and out of office buildings and freight elevators, then go for it....just be sure that you carry plenty of water with you and a spare set of clothes and comfy shoes...you will need it in Texas when the temps reach 90-100 degrees! Dont forget the deodorant because by the time you get to your customer you'll be a hot dripping mess! This is a delivery job not sales! The management team have zero clue what sales really is and they need to retire and get some fresh blood in there. The product is ugly, but comfortable. But way to over priced!!!! Dont count on administrative staff or customer service to handle service issues for you...they are all country bumpkins with attitudes that everyone overlooks because that's all you can get in a small one horse town like Navasota.

Pros

If you're just out of college or younger with a couple years of sales experience this could be an OK job, a building block to something bigger down the road in the furniture industry.

Cons

Management and Leadership are out of touch with the day to day activity in the field. The seating is dated with no plans for developing anything new. The whole pricing matrix is not in line with the market and has you competing with your dealer distribution. Dealers won't give you the time of day because of this. Compensation changed 2x in one year. Targets are unrealistic. You have to consistently hit grandslams to make 100k.and there's only 3 or 4 reps out of 36 who do it.
