Pros
1. Friendly environment and awesome team 2. Mission and Vision are excellent 3. No managerial activities (🤦♀️), they have excellent leaders (😂) 4. Process oriented organization 5. Tons of things to learn with respect to technologies (Maximum Microsoft Technologies / Angular / Web Technologies) 6. Fun filled team (Team Events 💃🏻) 7. Management will listen to everyone's opinion (Always respect and encouragement will be there) 8. Enough product training and time will be provided for new joiners. (Settling time to understand the organization, team, product, etc.) 9. They don't train, I could say they build 10. One very very unique and important (👁) thing here, which I couldn't believe is (Nobody has negative thought/talks about product or management or other people) * Positivism * Skilled Team * Good Leaders * Unique Product *

In my case, so far so good. If anyone doesn't fit for the above "Pros" then out I guess.
