      Pros

      A company that puts time into training you and making you feel part of a family. Great benefits from company bonuses, meals for hitting targets and days out. Flexible working hours and very understanding management. Always suggesting new oppurtunities to advance skills.

      Cons

      Head offices based in Lyon and Madison makes some communication tricky but has never been a problem just might mean a slight delay in email replies.
