Frequent delays in salary and Full & Final settlements. Communication and grievance resolution processes need significant improvement. Employees often face challenges getting timely responses from management and finance teams.

Salary in hand is all fixed, only PF and TDS deduction.

Cons

Salary will be delayed every month 2 to 3 weeks. Insurance policy premium need to be paid even for self. Travel or other finance claim won't settle, Finance team will never respond to the emails. Bench policy - only basic salary will be paid.
