      Pros

      - Really interesting scope of work, especially for those interested in the I.T/networking domain.

      Cons

      - Basic salary. - Really high level of workload with very high level of employee designations. - Toxic management with focus strictly on short-term outcome. No useful support provided. - Unreal expectations of performance. - Favoritism & lack of support for someone who aims for personal growth & learning. They don't appreciate any extra effort an employee puts on the table. The performance expectations are insane ! At the same time there is no time for supporting a new hire. Completely disorganized & old-fashioned way of supervision with psychological manipulation.
