Pros

None, not even a single

Cons

One of the most disgusting firm in Pune. The HR will allure you for the job by saying flowery words, you accept the offer and then you are Doomed. These people will take 60K from you in form of a security deposit and then swindle you. They will terminate you abruptly by giving inane reasons before 1 year and your 60K is gone. It's like hell in there. The management is done by an autocratic virago. There is a lot of politics in there. It was the worst decision of my life to join this firm. However, still wanna join? think twice! Jitendra Tanna (CEO of Eternus) = Nirav Modi

Toxic Work Culture & Harsh Senior Management

Pros

- Salary is credited on time. - Re-creational zone keeps you partially motivated

Cons

- The senior management is full of double standards & secrets. Aggression is something that is passed as a legacy from the Co-founder/ CTO of the company to many of the leadership team members. Beware of such people as they can spoil your career. - The company is a perfect example of a toxic work culture and partial attitude. - You get only 8 -10 leaves (fixed) in a year. additional 6 leaves are floating which you can avail only on the manager's approval. - No provision of team outings, party budget. - Heavy work-load (multiple projects at a time) makes us tied up in office till late. - Biased management (esp. some people from HR). Don't get drooled down on their friendly nature. This is harmful. - Upper management easily flips from their statements which creates a gap between the expectations and delivery. Trust score- 0 - Unsatisfactory appraisals. - They project as they are professionals but they lag extensively in professional ethics. - Open workspace has snatched the privacy of the employees. You can imagine a big hall which has computer systems aligned in long-going rows. - Organizations do face such challenges but many amongst those practice workplace ethics. Here, things just get worse with time.
