Pros
The company has a start-up atmosphere. There is no strict requirements on working in the office or amount of time spent there, the main goal is finish your job in time. There are plenty of interested projects going on at the same time basically in collaboration with national labs such as Argonne, Fermilab, BNL, Jlab e.t.c. Euclid is like a small national lab but faster and more efficient aiming to commercialize their R&D projects.
Cons
The company budget is based on US government SBIR grants which is not a very stable source of money.
