      Pros

      -I had the opportunity to work on all steps of an M&A transaction, which barely happens for interns in M&A boutiques; -very nice and professional team; -interesting professional opportunities; -customers from various sectors.

      -dealflow can be cyclical, but this is common in M&A

      Pros

      small office environment friendly staff great location of office - Parliament and danube view on lunches flexibility to work from home/office and business hours

      Cons

      old office furniture (often) unpaid overtime work requests, giant bonus promises and very tiny appreciation for the work done serious doubts about company's future this is not an classical M&A firm, does anything to get a retainer delays on salary payments

      -Very rare conversation with upper management -Job title did not reflect role -Doing well meant not getting scorned, not being praised.
