      Pros

      Opportunity to contribute to a growing company. Good co-workers. Excellent benefits. Opportunity to progress.

      Cons

      Due to rapid growth some systems need improvement, to allow the next stage of growth. Good work colleagues, but room for improvement in collaborative working.

      Awful place to work

      Pros

      Great team at the time of employment, but awful manager

      Cons

      Terrible environment, encouraged to be quiet, not allowed to act yourself, spoken to like a piece of rubbish, no encouragement to work together - not even allowed to speak to your work colleagues! No support from management

We are growing quickly, and are rapidly outgrowing our market, and as such we appreciate that we may have some growing pains. However, we are keen to address any areas that we can improve in, and also do more of the things that we are doing well, so all feedback is genuinely appreciated.

      Pros

      A maturing company seeking and using new ideas and approaches so it can grow. Great if you want to apply your skills, be flexible, open minded to changes and want to do your bit to contribute to ongoing and future success.

      Cons

      Growing pains. Change isn't comfortable for everyone and everyone is having to sharpen their focus including management.
