Team Leaders are generally very good, and lots of lateral communication and transparency
Cons
Billable employees (therapists) are highly favoured and held to lower standards than admin staff. Not enough accountability for therapists

It’s a reputable organisation. Some good people

Too heavy and not a lot of perks. Very hard to work in a high expectations environment.
