Pros
Decent start pay. Las Vegas employees easy going. Going up the latter easily.
Cons
The cons will be the owner. They would fire people and then re-hire them for lower pay. Two formal employees quit due to toxic environment but came back for 2-3X the pay. They give you hope that this is the career move of a lifetime but you’re either drinking the koolaid , low-key miserable or just making money until the company goes out and drink with the owner to drink because he has no friends other then people he pays for. It’s a male guy who expects unrealistic expectations, mentality can put you down ... Upper management does not care for the people truly running the shop.
