      Led by a passionate team of mentors and changemakers who care about their students. Their dedication to making the world a better place dials down at the individual level and the team is always willing to go above and beyond to help their students achieve success.

      Cons

      Not for those who aren't willing to jump in and wear different hats beyond their formal role. Team player mentality is a must!

      Pros

      Chris & Jon founded Everblue, sold it and left for several years, and then bought it back. It's great to have them back (plus the new addition of Sid) as the company wasn't managed well while they were gone.

      Cons

      Morale was terrible during the dark years while the brothers were gone. Many people were let go, the company lost money, etc. Things are so much better now that they're back. We're growing and hiring again, morale is way up, people are treated well, and I look forward to coming to work.
