      Pros

      - Hiring at the IC level is fantastic, and your team mates will care about you and support you - Reasonable perks - Reasonable to above average salaries - Genuinely great product

      Cons

      - Huge lack of accountability at a senior level - No clear direction for the company - Constantly changing business direction, with confusing messaging from leadership - Extremely poor communications around the recent mass layoffs - HR is toothless and complaints, especially against senior male employees, go unheard

      One of the best on boarding processes I've ever come across. Literally everything had a task and review in place.

      1. A genuine focus on employees, culture and diversity. 2. An incredible product which consistently pushes the boundaries of a market. 3. A sense that your ideas and feedback matter and will help to shape the direction/market strategy of the office. 4. An infinte amount of future growth and potential.

      Cons

      I've never spoken with a prospect who isn't impressed with the technology but with the ediscovery market in the UK being about a few years behind our US counterparts, convincing a prospect to move away from a legacy product can be challenging. Still, if you're up for the challenge and with a little patience, the prospects do eventually see the value add of a company which is so focussed on consistent tech development and transparency.
