      Pros

      Very friendly and diverse environment, competitive salaries, alright benefits, regular gathering for all people for drinks and food, and good office space

      Cons

      No onboarding buddy or thorough onboarding process, some benefits are not mentioned clearly so you may not know that you can have them, delays in sourcing devices for employees, and a bit messy on the tech side in regards of plans and roadmap.

      Everphone is an amazing company

      Pros

      Everphone is a fantastic place to work. I have a wonderful relationship with my manager and co-workers, and the culture is very inclusive and collaborative. People are always eager to support each other, no matter what team they're on.
