*Dynamically growing company *A lot of opportunities to develop professionally and show initiative *Occasional international trips and opportunity to see the world *Vibrant atmosphere and respectful colleagues *Employees are kept happy by being fed every day, entertained and rewarded with other benefits you wouldn't get in many companies The best thing is - the company hasn't become too corporate even though it's expanding quite quickly, and it's not hard to convey ideas to a higher level.
Cons
To be honest can't see any so far. Maybe a bit more training at the beginning? But for those who know what they do, great place, really.
