      Pros

      This company operates in a very lean manner and as a small company you help out each other where you can. It is a fantastic experience, but can easily be overwhelming at times. You learn so much and there always someone senior available to ask for advice directly and most importantly I never felt judged for doing so. So overall an extremely versatility experience in the tech industry, no one holds your hand along the way, but help and advice is there when needed.

      Cons

      It is clear that training procedures are still evolving and tools used are not exactly intended for the purpose (although they work well). It would be great to have the option to work from the office.

      Cons

      They are hiring people in all countries to see where they can get new subscribers. However If they don´t suceed, they dont pay anything, they take advantage of unemployeds
