      Pros

      Hires everyone on a weekly basis. Basically a high turnover rate

      Cons

      Sells bad products and constantly calls people from old lists. Doesn't want to give you a raise.

      Pros

      Fun, laid back atmosphere. The sales floor is typically a younger crowd. Lots of opportunities to learn and develop in your sales career. The people are friendly and encouraging. That is something that should continued and encouraged.

      Cons

      Training can be a bit intense for the first 2-3 months. You need to put up sales or your commission won't be great. Your pay is linked to your performance. This can be hard for people to understand if they aren't familiar with the commission plan.
