Poor management, work distribution between employees is heavily unbalanced, rock bottom wage levels, you get about 3 days of vacation per year, awful health benefits, awkward atmosphere especially if you don't speak Korean, employees come and go within a matter of weeks sometimes days (main office lost about 25% of its work force in a single week once), uncommon to be expected to come in on weekends, horror stories from engineering coworkers about the amount of work, ton of shady actions taken by the higher-ups regarding reducing employees' work hours

1.young management team: management team has no clue how to build healthy company culture, and they don't know how to manage people, sometimes use employees like tools. 2.bad training:throw you to job site and learn yourself 3.low income. if you have a degree, don't come here. you can make more other places. Also the job duties are very easy, you don't need a degree for this 4.redundant company policy and process: possessed with some really minor things, while not providing enough manpower, training 5.no work life balance, you are required to work a lot overtime, and the situation is getting worse 6.trying to save every penny by asking you to keep working but cut most of your benefits, really bad health insurance, pretty much no bonus regardless how hard you work. They always focus on small money but loss big money
