Pros

Food, Snacks, Infrastructure, nothing much

Cons

Not an employee Friendly company at all, During Covid-19 while most of the companies are allowing Employees to work from home, this is one of the few unethical companies in the market who are not following good practice. Management is forcing employees to work from Office. At the same point of time, Management work most of the time from home/ half day from office and even support staff is working from home for a longtime. After reporting to office due to the pressure from both of them, they would make you/ force you to sign an agreement that if anything happens to employees while working in office, Excelgens won’t be responsible. Management is taking the advantage of Covid-19 as everyone knows that getting a new job in this Pandemic is not easy. So that’s why they are forcing employees to work from office No one is willing to take responsibility for employees in this company, please don’t waste your time and join some professional firm.

Thanks for your feedback and I regret that your experience working with ExcelGens has been unsatisfactory. ExcelGens values all kind of feedback from our employees; however, I am taken aback with the facts mentioned in the above review which happen to be misleading. So, I would like to share some facts in case there’s been any misunderstanding. 1. The company did not force anyone to come to office, in fact; still, over 85% of our employees are working remotely. It is only the critical roles who were requested to resume office to keep the basic functions of the Company operational. 2. The Return-to-Work form which employees are signing clearly states that in an unfortunate event of any employee contracting COVID-19, the Company would not only pay the remuneration for the absent days but will also provide health insurance (ashless hospitalization) as per the Corporate Insurance offered by the Company. I would request you to go through the form again to be certain. 3. Also, as you are not satisfied with the performance of the management, I would request that either you or your team lead can approach me anytime during office hours in my office to discuss this issue further. 4. Lastly, I hope you do appreciate the fact that when many businesses are cutting costs heavily, by ways of retrenchment and salary cuts, Excelgens has not done any salary cuts, commission cuts or job cuts.
