      This is an organization that has a lot of high performers so working is not as stressful because there is a lot of key SMEs that know exactly how to handle issues whether big or small. All the resources have jobs to do and the responsibilities are well-defined. Senior management knows all their stuff as well so overall, you are in good hands.

      Cons

      Not so much with the bonuses and monetary gains but will still recommend the organization since you learn a lot on standardized practices, good work ethics of everybody in the organization.
