Working at this company feels like an endless nightmare. The CEO has created an environment where every moment feels like pure agony. I’ve never encountered a place so obsessed with micromanagement, where employees are constantly under pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines. If you don’t say exactly what he wants in meetings, he’ll openly ridicule and humiliate you. The leadership seems completely clueless about actually running a business—complaining seems to be their only skill. This company employs absurd levels of control, with invasive tracking software that monitors employees, plus constant demands for daily updates on every project. They've even adopted an aggressive, paranoid approach, requiring weekly emails detailing every little thing accomplished. It’s clear why turnover is high, and yet there’s little urgency in filling positions. The whole environment feels stifling and oppressive, with no regard for employee well-being or respect for their time.
