Pathetic Company, Worst CEO and No financial stability
Pros
I worked for Exioms for over a year and I can confidently say that it was the worst experience of my professional career. Not only did the company fail to pay me my salary for an entire year, but they also made no effort to rectify the situation. The management was completely incompetent and lacked basic communication skills. I never received any updates on my pay, despite repeatedly asking for them. The HR department was unresponsive and showed no interest in resolving the issue. It was as if they didn't care about their employees' well-being at all. In addition to the pay issues, the working conditions were terrible. The office was outdated and poorly maintained, with no consideration for the comfort of the employees. The workload was overwhelming, and there was no work-life balance whatsoever. The company culture was toxic, with a complete lack of respect for employees' time and efforts. Overall, I would never recommend working for Exioms. They are completely unreliable when it comes to paying their employees and show no respect for their workers' well-being. Avoid this company at all costs.

Poor management: The management was completely ineffective and failed to take any meaningful action to resolve your salary issues. They showed no interest in the well-being of their employees and failed to address the toxic work culture and poor working conditions. Negative impact on career: The lack of pay for a year had a significant negative impact on your career, causing financial stress and making it difficult to continue working for the company. The employer did not seem to care about the impact this had on your professional and personal life.
