      Cons

      Process adjustment: While the tools and resources are great, it might take some time to adjust to the processes if you're new to them. The learning curve may feel steep initially, but once you're familiar with the systems, they become incredibly useful.

      - company culture: work life balance, true efforts for diversity, complete transparency from management, extremely fun people, a place to be your best self - tech: extremely innovative solution, leaders in the MDR space, have enormous potential and great tech solution that customers love

It's awesome to hear that you're enjoying our culture, work life balance, people, beliefs, etc etc. We love that it seems as though you’ve gathered that one of the biggest goals (if not the biggest goal) is to continue building Expel into a great place to work. A big way we do that is by making sure employees like YOU are taken care of so that you can take care of our customers.
