- inconsistency in saying and doing
- no clear job roles or descriptions (just do as told or the Exit door is open)
- Management considers feedbacks as complaints ( feedbacks to improve are taken negatively)
- Sudden and useless changes are done in the name of Customer service improvement with adverse impact and the blame is on employees for not doing their job
- Frequent changes have made the departments unstable and demotivated.
- Everyone is waiting to quit as soon as they get another opportunity, no motivation.
- Rewards and recognitions is a joke, really! ...what good is a reward if it's just a paper certificate or an e-card
- Increment, bonus and rewards are consistently for select few (management's favourites), others don't exist or their contribution was not enough.
- Managers giving tough time to employees are considered great (they dont know a thing). Despite complaints to HR about their behaviour nothing happens.
- Medical Insurance is applicable only for the Employee and not for family!
- Benefits are taken away or getting reduced (cost cutting)
