      Pros

      Good place to work. Friendly, challenging environment with a lot of potential for growth. Had a great time working there, and learning.

      Cons

      Pay could have been better given the type of days and hours we worked. You really had to force the management to listen to you.

      Its a known organization and pays well according to other organizations... It also provide some appreciable benefits to their employees like medical, transport etc.

      There is a restriction that employees can not change their department... Although he is meets all requirements regarding the opportunity...
