Poor staff communication
Especially the way the solicitor (Laura) and Marcus speak to the people who are working for them, it’s unacceptable from a company and hurts the moral of employees and their team.
They don’t like you getting on with your colleagues & view it as a threat. If they see you happy at work they will go against you and find other problems to pull you up on.
Marcus doesn’t have a full understanding of the job and what people are doing.
Before I left he was turning it into a ‘big brother’ style company and lots of micromanaging, lots of hypocrisy and mixed messages.
The good and positives you do will be ignored and overlooked whilst the negatives they will come down on you like a ton of bricks.
When I felt confident and happy working being productive; Marcus didn’t like it and really destroyed my moral the next day.
Many cancelled & rescheduled meetings.
Unacceptable standards from a boss and a solicitor.
