We are indeed target driven, but do try to ensure that these targets are realistic and that anyone not meeting them, has the opportunity to ask for support and advice to get them to where they need to be. Our commission structure does allow our fee earners to benefit from their own hard work, and with no caps or huddles, this can be earned on a regular basis.
