Pros

Aldi next door is nice i guess

Cons

work environment is incredibly toxic, only have to look at how many people are leaving, especially solicitors who have been at the firm for a long time! Management play favourites and out right bully others. No one is happy in that office. And come on all we ever hear about if how much money the firm makes but we dont even have a coffee machine in each kitchen???

Thanks very much for your review, We are really proud of the level of training we provided our junior lawyers, from our award winning Graduate Scheme (Princess Royal Training Award) to our in-house Express Certificate for Trainees. We want our future solicitors to be the best that they can be, to allow them to deliver the quality of service we promise our clients. We carefully set working hours for our client’s convenience and generally speaking those hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch – many staff using the roof garden, gym, or town hall area for a proper break. Work life balance is important and we want to make sure that our staff as well as our clients are properly looked after – a professional career is about building skills and experience and we are very proud of our work helping injured clients with legal expertise.
