      Misleading hiring process

      Pros

      Can't say too much. Very disappointed in what was told to me and what I experience within the company. Looking for my next role right now.

      Cons

      This company is the worst I ever worked for. They will commit anything and everything to clients just to get the projects, Once your project is over or is scrapped by a client due to company shortcomings, they will blame it in you and your job will be over. Stay away if you don't want to ruin your career.

      My former colleagues were a constant source of inspiration.

      Cons

      Despite my contributions to the company's success, my compensation here was far from adequate. The company's salary structure was unfair, with favoritism and personal connections playing a significant role in determining pay raises and promotions. Opportunities for growth within the company were limited, and my attempts to advance my career were met with roadblocks and discouragement.

      Terrible Policies Created by the Worst HR

      I liked the pay and benefits only. Other than that, I don't think anything else was even likable at this place.

      Cons

      I think the most terrible part of working here was the awful policies. Many of those were created by the evil HR, who had an arrogant attitude and didn't value employees. It was ridiculous to be expected to be happy here. I was never happy.
