      Pros

      First of all happy to be a part of this company. Work culture is good. Food is good if not great. Technically sound CEO. You get to learn new technologies. Interest free Loans. Organize more trips like Dalhousie.

      Cons

      Some so called technical sound managers who don't deserve to be in that position. So called Great techie manager is actually not so sound but is in that position because of playing politics. He is one who has created nuisance for the company and only does favoritism and no recognition for good work if he is your manager but still management supports him. He will like you if you pay for his drinks and sutta. You will only grow if you are not working under him. Work load is not equally shared.

      Very awkward working environment. Every senior resource puts his/her nose to your work, not only to get credit but to make bad impression of you. and the funniest part is CEO and senior management know this but they like this type of environment hence promoting this. Every second person is looking for job change. Consider this before joining

      Keep up the good work of firing people from job, No Job security, people forced to resign because of no reason

      good free food, TT table, outing trip once in a 1.5 year

      Cons

      Hired 3 resources (2 fresher and 1 experienced), and after 2 months asked to resign without any reason, and this is not the first time before this also same thing happened multiple time. Reason given to other was there were no requirement for such position but after 1 week hired new resources for the same position.
