Where to begin? First of all, there is a reason you can't see a review about them on Indeed. THEY'RE PAYING TO BLOCK ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. The first week that I worked here, a girl up and quit. All the women in the office would sit around a gossip. One girl in particular was very snide and tried her best NOT to help me, ever. But she was the owner's favorite, so you know how that goes. The owner himself is very rude and doesn't even introduce himself to his new employees. He just walks around acting like he's the stuff, but he doesn't even know how to run a business. I was thrown out on the sales floor to mess with people's insurance claims and glasses after just ten days of training. Granted, I had lots of help, but a lot of patients fell through the cracks due to my errors. Also, as a result of my errors, THEY CUT MY COMMISSIONS, even on things that I had asked about. That was the final straw for me, and I was out.

Terrible management, minimal training, no clear guidelines of job expectations. Lots of micromanagement and negativity.
