Once I got into the clique, it was fun and laid back. Lots of freedom to do your job as you want. I thought of my coworkers as family.

Unethical business practices. Converted me from black and white thinking to grey all the way, and I had to adapt to survive and keep my sanity. They do not take care of their employees like they should, it's all about the bottom line to them.
