      A little behind the times

      Pros

      -Fair pay for retail -Getting to work with all of the pretty jewellery items -Good company discount

      Cons

      -A family run business but the way in which they still did things was a little outdated. -The long term staff (some 20+ years) are on a pedestal with management which can make others feel irrelevant especially when they work just as hard if not harder with 0 recognition.

      I worked for F.Hinds for 6+ years. They are such an incredible company and are still family run. I really enjoyed my role.

      Low pay, but all retail is!
